Lovers of herbaceous sensations will be delighted with this green fruity olive oil that gives off aromas of artichoke. It is persistent in the mouth without being aggressive and the moderate bitterness is offset by its pungency.
This oil contains a high percentage of oleic acid; it is very rich in polyphenols and natural antioxidants.
