Every year, the Arbequina variety olives, usually harvested at the end of October and beginning of November, on the Canena estate between the Sierras de Cazorla and Mágina, are used to produce this oil.
For this olive oil producer, whose olive grove (an area of 2000 hectares) is located in the Upper Guadalquivir Valley, this crop is known as the "Reserva Familiar" (Family Reserve).
It is a balanced Extra Virgin olive oil, with a harmonious blend of apple, quince and peach aromas, with a herbaceous touch tends towards thyme.
A safe bet.
