Pigs raised in pasture with a diet based on herbs and feed (cereals and legumes). Dry-fed ham Represents an interesting alternative to Bellota ham, perfect for everyday eating and for those who are looking for good value for money.

Also made from Iberian pigs, this ham is cured for at least 2 years before being eaten. These hams from Eíriz are made according to the tradition of the master chacineros of Jabugo.

The Iberian pig's pasture extends into the Andalusian Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, located an hour and quarter to the northwest of Seville, in the province of Huelva.
