• Castillo de Canena

    The castle, located on the high hills near the village of Canena in the Andalusian province of Jaén, gives its name to the village as well as to an exceptional olive oil.

  • Cortijo Suerte Alta

    Suerte Alta is a story that began in 1924 on the right bank of the river Guadajoz, near the village of Álbendín (Baena, province of Córdoba) with the Marquis of Bedmar, who was responsible for the plantation of the first olive trees. His grandson, Manuel Heredia Halcón, Marquis of Prado, who is the current owner, took over the family estate in 1986.

  • Finca Montefrío

    Located in Sierra de Aracena, near Jabugo, this Organic farm is led out by a couple of passionate people. A small production with high quality products, organic cataloged with the Bio certificate, this being very exclusive in the region. Their sausages are made from 100% Iberian pigs, Silvela breed.

    On several hectares have everything they need to feed their herds: pigs and goats, living in ideal conditions for the animals This is a real and unique ecosystem that allows to obtain the sausages, all of them controlled and certified by the regulatory authorities by Spain in Organic Products.

  • Haza La Centenosa

    Close to Jaen, this small family business has been devoted to the cultivation of the olive tree and its exploitation since 1879. Located in Baeza (a city classified by UNESCO), in the heart of one of the most spectacular olive-growing areas in Andalusia: the Sierra Mágina.

  • Hijos de Onofre Sánchez Martín

    Ham and sausages located in El Repilado from a familiar company. El repilado is a village located next to Jabugo. Two centuries of knowledge about the benefit and the satisfaction of Spanish cuisine

    They present acorn Iberian sausages ,high quality products. From start to finish the process, nothing is left to chance (from the selection of females reproductive to cut thin slices by hand).

  • Jamones Eíriz

    With 200 years tradition in high quality ham & Iberian sausages, this familiar company is located in Corteconcepción: a small and authentic village in Sierra de Aracena, motor promoting of the Iberian ham. The quality of the sausage has nothing more to prove because it is part of the values of the Huelva region

  • La Chanca

    Nestled in a privileged environment on the coast of Cadiz, at the foot of La Breña Natural Park and the Barbate marshes, a small family business was founded in the early 1980s, which, over time, has become what it is today: a benchmark among the national industries in the fish canning sector.
