  • Cortijo Suerte Alta

    Suerte Alta is a story that began in 1924 on the right bank of the river Guadajoz, near the village of Álbendín (Baena, province of Córdoba) with the Marquis of Bedmar, who was responsible for the plantation of the first olive trees. His grandson, Manuel Heredia Halcón, Marquis of Prado, who is the current owner, took over the family estate in 1986.

    On several hectares have everything they need to feed their herds: pigs and goats, living in ideal conditions for the animals This is a real and unique ecosystem that allows to obtain the sausages, all of them controlled and certified by the regulatory authorities by Spain in Organic Products.

  • Haza La Centenosa

    Close to Jaen, this small family business has been devoted to the cultivation of the olive tree and its exploitation since 1879. Located in Baeza (a city classified by UNESCO), in the heart of one of the most spectacular olive-growing areas in Andalusia: the Sierra Mágina.

  • Hijos de Onofre Sánchez Martín
