A lover of fine Iberian cured meats, the creator of this store seeks, above all, to share his passion for gastronomy.
After years of discoveries and tastings in the most remote corners of Andalusia, he considers his jamón de bellota an essential benchmark for high-end cured meats. Moreover, his love for culinary tradition has led him to carefully select other emblematic products, such as jamón serrano, valued for its authentic flavor, and extra virgin olive oil, a fundamental essence of Mediterranean food.
